SLIET Library

I am going to take admission in Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology (SLIET) for B.Tech (CSE) and I have interest to read books. I heard that there is facility of Wi-Fi in Library of SLIET? Is it right? Please provide me detail about other facilities provided in this Library.

The Central Library of Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering and Technology, Longowal has large number of volume of technical books along with a good collection of books on literature, general awareness, management and moral sciences etc.

The central library subscribes to a large number of National and International journals. It is having all the modern facilities like Plasma TV; MMP; CTV; OHP; Slide Projector etc. A good collection of VCDs and CD ROMs is also available in the library.

Membership
Library membership is open to all the students, faculty and staff of the Institute. There is no membership fee from Faculty and Staff.

Each member is entitled to get the reading material issued from the Central Library as per the right. Presently, the entitlement for different categories of user is as under:
