What do you mean by UPSEE Counselling Choice Locking system , if you know then will you plz let me know about the same , as my one of the friend asking me about the same ??

As you asking here I am telling all the Applicants who have qualified the exam have to fill their choices of courses and colleges they want to study at. Based on this submission, they will be allocated seats in Counselling. Applicants have to arrange the options filled by them in the order of preference and verify the order before final locking of choices. In case a candidate forgets or fails to Lock his/her choices, the last saved order of choices will be Automatically Locked for UPSEE Counselling. These options will be evaluated by the computer and seats will be allocated on the basis of candidates’ merit, vacancy and annual intake of various colleges.

Exam Pattern

Papers: UPTU Entrance Exam 2017 will be organized for 11 papers.

Type of Questions: The exam will be multiple choice questions except Drawing Aptitude Test (Part B of paper 4).

Language: The medium of the exam will be Hindi & English both.

Marking: For each correct response 4 marks will be awarded.

Negative Marking: There is no provision of negative marking.

Pen Paper: Paper 1, Paper 2, Paper 3 and Paper 4 will be OMR based Test only.

CBT: Paper 5, Paper 6, Paper 7, Paper 8, Paper 9, Paper 10, and Paper 11 will be a Computer Based Test (CBT) only.
