Indian Institute Of Foreign Trade is an autonomous public business school. The Government of West Bengal has allotted a land of 10 acres for the establishment of IIFT.

The campus is Located in Salt Lake City, Kolkata. The IIFT was established in 2006 with support of both Central and State Governments

It is a Deemed University

The campus spread over 7 acres of land houses one academic block and admin block each and two residential blocks for students and visiting faculty.
