National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), Mumbai has been constituted as a nonprofit organization.


As you asking I am telling In the year 2009, PMI Organisation Centre Private Limited, subsidiary of Project Management Institute (PMI) instituted an Endowment at the NICMAR with an aim to create lasting legacy in promoting excellence in Project Management among the student community.

A Student Scholarship is set up to recognise and reward meritorious student/s at NICMAR. Two scholarships are awarded to the topper and runner up under the scholarship named, “Best Student Award in Project Management” every year.
