Can you please tell me if Central Bureau of Investigation offer post DSP through UPSC, if yes can you please get some information about post?

I would like to tell you that Central Bureau of Investigation does not offer DSP post through UPSC and here I will get details of post.

Pay Band
Pay Band-3 (Rs. 15600-39100/- + Grade Pay of Rs. 5400/-)

Post Classification
General Central Service Group 'A'/Gazetted (Non-Ministerial)

Eligibility
A. Officers under the Central Police Organisation:
(a)(i) holding analogous posts on regular basis in the parent cadre or Department;

or (ii) With six years' service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on regular basis in posts in the pay band-2 of Rs. 9300-34800 plus grade pay Rs. 4600 or equivalent, in the parent . cadre or Department;

(b) Possessing the following educational qualifications and experience;
(i) Bachelor's degree from a recognized university

(ii)Three years' experience inenquiry or intelligence investigation work.
