Indian navy physical fitness test

Hi buddy would you plz tell me about requirement under Indian navy physical fitness test , as I want to apply for join Indian navy as SSR??

As you asking for requirement under Indian navy physical fitness test, so for the same I would like to say Physical Test will consist of 1.6 Km run to be completed in 7 minutes, 25 squat ups (Uthak Baithak) and 10 Push-ups.

Applicants undergoing Physical Test will do so at their own risk. The results of the Written Test are generally declared on the same day.


Those who qualify Written Test are permitted to undergo Physical Test and only those who qualify PFT are taken for Medical Examination.

Requirement
1. Your weight should be 50 kg at minimum.

2. Your chest should be 77 cm and expansion should be 5 cm.

3. You should be no disease of the skin.

4. You should have no disease in the ear, eyes, nose and throat.

5. You should be able to hear about 610 cm.

6. Your eye sight vision is 6/6 for better eye.
