Working of GTFS :

Do insurance anybody in your link or yourself. Your target will 15000/- by GTFS company. It will give you 8% commission. If you will collect premium more than 30000/- then you will receive commission 14%.

Career :

In starting, Agent join with 600/- Rs and he do insurance 15000/- in six months and receive commission 8%, after six months he become DO (Development Officer) and he has no pressure for do insurance.

He has join 4 agent and they will insurance in market and you will receive commission 3% by there work.

Thus in every six months you will be promote senior and commission amount will be increase.
