Principal Controllers of Defence Accounts (Navy) is responsible for payments, accounting and internal audit of Expenditure and Receipts of Indian Navy and Coast Guard.

PCDA (Navy) has constantly strived for excellence in performance and greater customer satisfaction.

It is a service oriented organization and its role is to provide efficient and professional service to customers. Since there is a large number of workers in various industrial organizations such as Naval Dockyards, Material Organizations and Naval Ammunition Depots, etc, it is now on it to put best foot forward while dealing with personal entitlements of these personnel.
